The Role

We are seeking a Retail Solutions Director to be based in London and spearhead our growth into the UK market. You'll lead the charge as our first Retail Solutions Director, introducing our SaaS retail crime intelligence platform to new prospects and guiding Enterprise-level clients through the sales pipeline. You'll report to our VP of Customer UK & Europe, collaborating with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to expand our customer base and drive UK retail market growth.

Practically, this will involve:

  • Delivering the strategy, plan, and supporting structure to win retailer business across the UK.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and building partnerships with Asset Protection/Loss Prevention leaders and senior retail leaders in the UK. This includes presenting to potential customers on the value of Auror and clearly articulating and demonstrating the value and return on investment (ROI) vs. technical functionality.
  • Driving the entire sales process from prospecting through to opportunity development and deal closure, to post-sale kick-off with our Retail Partnerships and Customer Success team.
  • Collaborating with our Marketing, Partnerships and Customer Success Teams to deliver an end-to-end, seamless customer experience from initial interaction to implementation.
  • Playing an active role in supporting the retail industry, and actively promote and position Auror for success within our targeted industry sectors

I joined Auror in 2022 with a Military, Big 4 (KPMG) & SaaS background. I’m enormously passionate about mental fitness and well-being, particularly in the workplace, and I’m absolutely delighted to have joined Auror where the culture is exceptional.
