The Role We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong insurance domain expertise to help shape, refine, and support the ongoing development of the Simfuni platform. You’ll play a key role in understanding business needs, analysing complex processes, and translating them into clear, structured requirements that guide product and engineering teams. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and technology. You’ll work closely with our Product Team to define how features should function, how data should flow, and how customer and policy journeys should be modelled. You’ll help ensure that what we design is practical, scalable, and grounded in real insurance workflows. The role suits someone with solid BA skills, strong attention to detail, and deep familiarity with life insurance or financial services operations.
