Dawn Aerospace is recruiting a GNC engineer to join the Spaceplane team in Christchurch. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of an exciting, innovative project, which allows you to flight test your design or logic in real-life. We value people that own their project throughout the entire engineering life-cycle, and bring it from start all the way to the finish line.

What you will do:

• Design reference trajectory design
• Evaluating mission and vehicle design with Monte Carlo simulations
• Design, code and verify GNC algorithms in C++
• Simulator development and modelling
• Configuration management
• Define test points and build associated ground infrastructure for test.
• Hardware in the loop development and testing
