We’re looking for an experienced engineering team lead, capable of growing and enabling a talented team to work in a fast-paced, R&D environment.

Your team will develop novel fluid transfer and control products for spacecraft propulsion systems.

Working closely with our production department, your team will lead and deliver NPI projects: taking ideas from prototyping and initial design, all the way through to qualification and serial production.

You will have a strong background and experience in applying fundamental engineering principles (for example: mechanical or systems engineering) to develop high-performance electromechanical systems. This will ideally be in aerospace, but this is not essential.

You’ll know how to build and motivate a small high-performing team, and have experience in productionising new products.
