The Role

We are looking for an experienced Electronics/PCB Designer to assist us with designing several PCB's ready for our next product development cycle. This contract will be for about 4 months - starting ASAP and concluding in December.

Some of the things that you might be involved in include:

• Creating and updating schematic symbols
• Creating schematic diagrams
• Creating and updating PCB footprints
• Designing PCB layouts
• Altium library management
• Electronic component selection
• Designing flexible PCBs (if applicable)

About You

We think you’ll be a fit for this role if you have:

• A tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline
• Proven experience designing PCB's
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Ideally, you will have experience as a contractor and will possess the relevant insurance documentation required

Some nice to haves include:

• While not essential, it would be advantageous to have experience designing flexible PCBs.
